September 15, 2011just installed a new exhaust, i got the flowmaster american thunder, sounds really good, not to loud but has a nice throaty sound, it has the side exit exhaust, doesnt look to bad, only think annyoing is the clamp that connects to the front of the muffler, if the clamp is not super tight (not that it shouldnt be) the tips and the whole muffler will start to rotate down wards, any advice, differnet clamps maybe, shoot some sheet metal screws in it? thanks

September 15, 2011those clamps need be cranked to the point that the pipes start to become warped looking
muffler shops use impacs to tighten those clamps
if you want call around to some muffler shops and have them weld it together so that it doesn`t move anymore
shouldn`t be more than $20
September 15, 2011Yea probably just have it welded, thanks for the info
September 15, 2011Good job on the exhaust, I think it looks great coming out before the tire, not as many people have that.
