Funny you mention the stiff clutch pedal, as thats the same thing this guy said:
August 23, 2011i heard it might be a clutch pedal bushing???
August 25, 2011I believe that it has a hydraulic clutch and the master cylinder or slave cylinder would be more likely suspects.
August 25, 2011it sure is hydraulic. is there some way to determine if its the master, or slave? I try to do all my own repairs, but there aint no info on a stiff clutch pedal.
August 26, 2011i have been thinking about this one since you posted it
the only thing i can think of is possibly the hydrolic cylinder on the tranny possibly causing it
if it was the pedel bushing the pedel would more than likly pop and move around when you try to push it down but it is something else to look at
August 26, 2011if it is the slave cylinder is that a difficult repair?
September 14, 2011I think I`d disconnect it from the throwout lever and see if it`s still excessively stiff. It it still feels the same, you`ve only got a few places to look. If it`s not, then it`s a problem with the clutch assembly. The throwout bearing could be binding, the pressure plate could be binding. There are quite a few options, so do the easy isolation first to narrow it down before you go spending a pile of money without fixing the problem.

How about an update on this one guy?
Jus` sayin` we help you with all of your `issues`, and yes there are a lot of them, and you dont even have the common courtesy to report back with the solution.
Let me guess? So long as your `problem` is fixed, thats all that matters.
For real buddy, you better start reporting back with an update, or you will be banned from here.
I`m done playing games with you guy.
