February 26, 2010Have you checked the simple things..... pcv valve or sea foam treatments?
Either way they are cheap maintanace items....
I`d add a full can of sea foam to about 1/2-3/4 tank of gas and give it a few days.... may as well pick up a second can and do the break booster line treatment at the same time. If after anothe 4-5 days it hasn`t solved the problem, I`d head to the stealership to get bent over!!
Question -- Have your or do you remember the last time the fuel filter was replaced? Another cheap place to start prior to the dealer`s shop, also another good maintanance item!!
I always like to start with the maintance items I`ve been neglecting before I bring it into the shop.... I always figure I`d have to get charged $75 an hour to replace a part I could have done in my own garage/driveway in 30 minutes and the cost of the part!!
Good Luck Man...

I just left from a very good mechanic (he`s a family friend) and he said it sounds like a plenum gasket. not sure if thats spelled right but i`ve never heard of it. Im taking it to him monday morning. thanks again for all the help.
