March 24, 2006I am a huge fan of Toyo Open Country A/T's. They wear well and grip nicely on and off road and have a nice quiet ride.

March 24, 2006I have the nitto terra grappler tires and they are great off road and also on the highway. they are not to expensive either.

March 24, 2006Well we took my buddys 01 dodge 3/4t with a cummins through a **** load of mud on 285 toyo AT's the were better than bfg at and follow my other friend who run Mikey T baja claws....those toyo are great for a AT and clean pretty well
March 25, 2006thanks for the replies sounds like everyone has their own favorite. I think it would be nice to switch out tires for what your mood is for the day. Some people already do that it just costs alot more. Most keep street tires on during the summer and mudders on during deer season in alabama. I was wanting an all purpose tire. Looks like their are several favorites to choose from
March 25, 2006or even just try a local tire shop, most companies (not nessesarily cheaper, just cant think of any names right now) have tires that have tread patterens like some of the big names mentioned. and they are usually cheaper Kelly, cooper ect.
coppers are a good all around tire
