November 30, 2005I just messed around for an hour trying to get my LiveUpdate to work right. In the end I'm not even sure what I did, but it works for now.
Anyway, I just bought Norton System Works last year (2004) and renewed in August. The site said there was no need to get a new program and all I had to do was renew my subscription. Well now, only 4 months later, they have removed practically half the support documents for my program from their website and I can't get online tech support as of today.
What a load of crap! A word of advice to anyone with a Symantec product: Don't renew your subscription. Just buy the newest version of the program.
I'm just having a bad week.
